Accessibility

The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation for every control, visible focus, labelled form fields, error messages tied to their field, and a skip link to the main content.

Colour is never the only signal: statuses carry text as well as colour. Motion respects the reduced-motion preference, and text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.

Documents we generate use selectable text and real form fields so they work with screen readers and can be filled by keyboard. Scanned client documents are not accessible until OCR runs; the OCR text is attached as a separate derived version rather than replacing the original.
