Privacy notice

We collect the information needed to quote, prepare and file a corporate return: contact details, company details, financial records and the documents you upload. Tax identifiers are stored encrypted and are never placed in email, messaging or analytics.

Legal basis and purpose: we process this information to perform the engagement you contracted, to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and — only with your separate consent — to send reminders and service news. Consent is recorded with the exact text and version you accepted and can be withdrawn at any time.

Who can see your file: the preparer and reviewer assigned to it, operations staff who coordinate dates and filings, and you. Marketing staff cannot read case files. Our accounting connector, when you enable it, is read-only.

Retention: records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and professional rules and by our engagement terms. We do not publish a universal retention period because it depends on jurisdiction and matter type; the retention applied to your file is recorded on the file.

Your choices: you can request access, correction or deletion where the law allows, withdraw marketing consent from any email, and revoke a connected accounting integration at any time. Deleting records we are legally required to keep is not possible until the retention period ends.

Processors: hosting and database (Supabase/Vercel), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), tax software (Drake) and, when you connect it, your accounting provider (Intuit or Xero). Each receives only the data its task requires.
